Carrot Halva


  1. carrot grated-1 cup
  2. milk-3 cups
  3. sugar-1/2 cup
  4. pure ghee-1/2 cup
  5. kesar-1 pinch
  6. ellakki powder-1 tsp
  7. drakshi,godambi-fried in ghee-2 tblsp


  1. heat a little ghee in a kadai,add grated carrot,fry for few minutes.
  2. add milk,let carrot boil in it till soft,then add sugar,kesar.
  3. when done ,add drakshi,godambi,ellakki powder .


can add "khova -1 cup" after adding sugar
