Cabbage Kheer
ingredients
- cabbage grated-1 cup
- ghee -1 tblsp
- milk-6 cups
- sugar-1/2 cup
- khova-1/2 cup
- kesari-1 pinch
- ellakki (cardamom )-powder-2 tsp
- cashew nut -1 tblsp(ground to paste)
method
- in a thick bottomed kadai heat ghee add cabbage fry for a while
- add milk ,boil till cabbage becomes soft on low flame(milk can be added more if necessary)
- add sugar,kesari boil well.
- add khova and ellakki powder finally boil for 2 mins at this stage add ground cashew nut paste
- chill and serve
