Cabbage Chutney


  1. cabbage-1 cup(grated)
  2. coconut-1 cup
  3. tamarind-1 small piece
  4. hing(asafoteda)-1 pinch
  5. green chilles-3 to 5
  6. corriander leaves-handfull
  7. ginger -small piece
  8. salt to taste


oil -2 tsp
sasivae-1 tsp


  1. fry cabbage in a kadai
  2. add all the other ingredients grind in a mixy coarsely
  3. pour the seasoning over chutney

  2. padavala kayi
  3. cucumber sippe
