ingredients
- cabbage-1 cup(grated)
- coconut-1 cup
- tamarind-1 small piece
- hing(asafoteda)-1 pinch
- green chilles-3 to 5
- corriander leaves-handfull
- ginger -small piece
- salt to taste
seasoning
oil -2 tsp
sasivae-1 tsp
method
- fry cabbage in a kadai
- add all the other ingredients grind in a mixy coarsely
- pour the seasoning over chutney
