Butter Scotch Ice Cream

Ingredients

  1. milk-2 cups
  2. fresh cream -2 cups
  3. milk powder-2 cups
  4. vanilla essence-1/4 tsp
  5. pineapple essence-1/4 tsp
  6. powdered sugar-1/2 cup
  7. walnuts-1/2 cups
  8. lemon colour-3 drops

Method

  1. dissolve milk powder in cold milk and keep it to boil,add sugar ,cook on low heat stirring constantly
  2. when it thickens remove from fire and cool completly
  3. add rest of the ingredients,except walnuts,beat thoroughly
  4. freeze for an hour
  5. remove and beat again and add walnuts very lightly and keep it in the freezer to set
  6. freeze until firm
