Butter Besan Burfi


  1. kadale hittu(besan)-1 cup
  2. milk-2 cup
  3. white butter-1 cup
  4. sugar-2 1/2 cup
  5. kesari-1 pinch
  6. ellakki powder-1 tsp


  1. heat butter in a heavy bottomed kadai,add rest of the things
  2. keep stirring till you get the ball consistency or leaves the sides of the kadai.
  3. pour on a greased tray and cut into pieces when it is still warm.
