Bisibelebath
Ingredients
- rice-1/2 cup
- togari belle-1/2 cup
- haldi- 1/2 tsp
- vegetables-
~beans
~carrot
~aloo
~avare kallu
~capsicum
onion-1
tomato-2
- ground nuts-1 tblsp
- tamarind -paste -1/2 tsp
- bisi belle bath powder-4 to 5tsp
- oil- 2 tsp
- ghee-1 tblsp
- cashew nuts-10 (fried) in ghee
- kobbari(dry coconut powder)-1 tblsp
Method
- in a pressure cooker take washed togari belle ,add haldi and oil to it.
- let it boil for 5 mins
- then add vegetables , onion,tomato.
- add ground nut ,tamarind paste.stir it
- then add bisibelle bath powder
- add kobbari,salt ,sugar
- mix well let it boil then close the cooker lid
- turn off the flame upon one whistle.
- add seasoning as below

heat ghee in a oggarane spoon add
- sasivae-1 tsp,
- jeera -1tsp,
- red chilles -1or 2
- hing-1/2 tsp
- curry leaves-few
when done pour over bisi belle bath
add fried cashew nuts mix well.
