Bar chocolate
Ingredients
- sugar-1/2 cup
- water-1/4 cup
- liquid glucose-1 tsp
- milkmaid-1 tblsp
- cocoa powder-2 tblsp
- milk powder-2 tblsp
- nuts -little
Method
- sieve cocoa powder and milk powder together.
- in a kadai cook sugar,water,liquid glucose, to a very hard ball stage.
- take out from fire add milk maid,sieved mixture,nuts,and mix well.
- again cook on slow flame till it collects in the centre in the kadai.
- pour to a prepared aluminium tray with foil covered.
- rest for 10 minutes.
- cut into slices and wrap in a colour paper.
