Bar chocolate


  1. sugar-1/2 cup
  2. water-1/4 cup
  3. liquid glucose-1 tsp
  4. milkmaid-1 tblsp
  5. cocoa powder-2 tblsp
  6. milk powder-2 tblsp
  7. nuts -little


  1. sieve cocoa powder and milk powder together.
  2. in a kadai cook sugar,water,liquid glucose, to a very hard ball stage.
  3. take out from fire add milk maid,sieved mixture,nuts,and mix well.
  4. again cook on slow flame till it collects in the centre in the kadai.
  5. pour to a prepared aluminium tray with foil covered.
  6. rest for 10 minutes.
  7. cut into slices and wrap in a colour paper.
