Banana Ice Cream

Ingredients

1. milk-2 cups
2. ripe banana-2
3. corn flour-2 tsp
4. powdered sugar-3/4 cup
5. lemon juice-2 tsps
6. vanilla essence-6 drops
7. salt-a pinch
8. fresh-cream-1 cup
9. chopped cashew nuts-1/2 cup

Method

1. mix corn flour in 1/2 cup of milk
2. keep rest of the milk on fire,after 1 boil add corn flour milk ,cook till milk thickens
3. take out from fire and cool it
4. mash the bananas with sugar,add the cooled milk,salt,lemon juice,vanilla essence
5. beat well,add whipped cream,cashew nuts
6. keep it in the freezer to set
7. beat again when semi -solid
8. freeze until firm
