Annada Kesari Bhath
ingredients
- rice-1 cup
- sugar-11/2 cup
- milk-1 cup
- water-2 cup
- ghee-1/4 cup
- kesari-1 pinch
- lavanga-2
- drakshi(raisins)-1 tblsp
- godambi(cashew nut)-1 tblsp
- ellaki (cardamom )powder-1 pinch
method
- wash rice ,add milk and water make rice in pressure cooker
- in a kadai heat ghee add lavanga add rice ,sugar.stiirr till sugar gets obsorbed,till you get kesari bhath consistency add kesari also.
- add drakshi and godambi fried in ghee,add ellakki powder
