ingredients
- kadale belle( channa dhal) —1 cup
- green 4 to 5
- salt -to taste
- fresh coconut grated-1/4 cup
- ginger-a small piece
- curry and corriander leaves-few or 1 tablespoon chopped
- hing-1 pinch
- Oil — for frying
method
- soak kadale belle for 2 to 3 hours
- strain water completly
- grind belle,chilles,salt,hing together without adding water coarsely
- to the above mixture,add finely chopped ,curry ,corriander, leaves coconut,ginger ,mix well
- make into small lemon sized balls, flatten like ambodae fry in hot oil till brown

can add finely cut soppusigae soppu,cabbage,mint leaves,drumstick leaves.onion
