Aloo Gobi
Ingredients
- aloo(potato)-5 (medium)
- gobi-1 big
- jeera-1 tsp
- red chilly powder-1 tsp
- jeera powder-4 tsp
- dhania powder-4 tsp
- haldi-1 tsp
- oil-2tblsp
- salt to taste
- sugar-1 tsp
- ginger garlic paste-1 to 2 tblsp
- curds-1/2 cup
- ghee-2 tblsp
- finely chopped corriander leaves-a handful
- onions-2
- tomatoes-2
- green chilles-3
Method
- cook aloo in presure cooker.
- peel and cut aloo into big pieces(cubes)
- break gobi into florets and cook gobi (for 70%)
- grind onions,green chillies
- heat oil and ghee ,add ,jeera,ground paste,ginger garlic,tomatoes,fry well.
- add all powdered masalas,curds,sugar, fry well.
- add vegetables ,salt add 1/2 cup water,cook till thick
- cover,cook on low heat for a while .
- garnish with corriander leaves.
