almond chocolates
METHOD
- milk chocolate or dark chocolate
- badam(almonds)-50 gms
METHOD
- roast badam in a pan or micro oven(micro high for 3 to 4 mins) or oven at 120c for 8 minutes and keep.
- pour a little melted chocolate in a mould and tap.
- place one badam again cover with melted chocolate tap it.
- freeze it for 10 minutes unmould,wrap immediately with colour paper.
- keep it in air tight box.
