almond chocolates

METHOD

  1. milk chocolate or dark chocolate
  2. badam(almonds)-50 gms

METHOD

  1. roast badam in a pan or micro oven(micro high for 3 to 4 mins) or oven at 120c for 8 minutes and keep.
  2. pour a little melted chocolate in a mould and tap.
  3. place one badam again cover with melted chocolate tap it.
  4. freeze it for 10 minutes unmould,wrap immediately with colour paper.
  5. keep it in air tight box.
