Akki Kayi Payasa
ingredients
- rice-2 handfull (soak for 1/2 hr)
- coconut-2 cups
- ellaki(cardamom)-2
- bella(jagerry)-1 cup
- kesari-a pinch
method
- grind rice to a fine paste
- add coconut grind again to a smooth paste
- in a kadai heat bella adding water
- add ground paste ,kesari add some more water boil
- keep on stirring so that no lumps will form
- add ellakki powder
note
can add godambi and drakshi fried in ghee
