Adae Dosae
ingredients
- raw rice-2 cups
- togari belle-1/2 cup
- urad dhal-1/4 cup
- black pepper corns-2 tsp
- jeera-1 tsp
- red chilles-8
- hing-1/2 tsp
- grated coconut-1/2 cup
method
- soak all the ingredients except coconut and hing in water for 3 hours
- grind to a smooth paste now add hing ,coconut again grind it for a while
- add salt mix well
- heat a "tava" spread a laddle fullof batter into round circle add oil around the dosae
- fry
- serve with chutney
variations
- can mix finely cut corriander leaves or nuggae soppu,curry leaves to the batter
- if the batter is left for the next day can add finely cut onions,grated ginger,green chilles
