Aalu Iruli Palya
Ingredients
- aloo-2
- onion-3
- green chilles-5 to 6
- curry leaves-few
- corriander leaves-few
- nimbu rasa-1 tblsp
- fresh grated coconut-2 tblsps
- haldi-1 tsp
seasoning
- oil -2 tblsp
- sasivae- 1tsp
- jeera- 1tsp
- kadale belle-1 tblsp
- uddina belle-1 tblsp
method
- boil aloo in pressure cooker peel off the skin
- heat oil in a kadai add sasivae, jeera,kadale belle ,uddina belle fry till done
- add finely cut green chilles,fry
- add length wise cut onions
- fry for a while adding sugar -1tsp
- add curry leaves ,haldi
- add boiled aloo to the above
- add salt ,mix well in a low fire till done
- take out from fire add nimbu rasa corriander leaves and coconut grated .mix well.
